Sinus headache... ugh
Woke up with the crippling kind of sinus headache that I haven't had in quite awhile. Decongestant and ibuprofen took the edge off, but I was glad I didn't have to function today, like going to work or anything. Yes, I desperately need to do housecleaning, but that's not crucial today.
The only thing I did today was go get the mail. And was reminded why I despise doing it, and only do it once a week these days. Yes, I finally got the bills for the two emergency room visits I had to make towards the end of December. Between the deductibles and the non-covered parts of the visits, I have a total of four bills to pay that add up to just shy of $600.
I also got my renewed car registration with the sticker to put on the plate. I filed that online back towards the beginning of January, so it's nice that they finally got it mailed- they were quite prompt about billing my debit card.
Oh, and I got YET ANOTHER redundant, unnecessary letter from OPERS. This is the fourth or fifth time they've sent me this. It tells me that they don't have everything they need to process my retirement (which is a lie, according to the rep on the phone in January- they just haven't gotten to me yet). They also include the form to change my beneficiary, in case I feel like it while I'm waiting.
