Really really hate Doris. Hate everything about her- from the mealy-mouthed scam of contrition for her deeds, to her aggressively abrasive, confrontational personality. And what the FUCK is Mary supposed to do with that information? Or will Steve even bother telling her, since mom fled again? ("Yeah, Mare, turns out mom faked her death and was in hiding, came home for a day, now she's gone again to parts unknown. SORRY YOU MISSED HER.") Really, Doris, why do you think Steve should cut you any slack? Be honest, woman. State it plainly- the spy game was always more important, and will always be more important. THEM'S THE RULES. Yeah, faked her death to save them, MY AUNT FANNY.

More importantly, did we miss out on Wo Fat saying to her, "...Mom?" like Steve did?

Surprising, to me? I honestly didn't expect the Powers That Be to throw Malia under the bus immediately like that. Why was she shot, did they know Chin called Adam? For that matter, I was a bit perplexed that Kono completely folded like she did when she was pitched overboard.

And then Steve takes the bigger view of Danny's fight for custody, saying that when Danny and Rachel go to war, Grace is the loser? Guess Danny should be getting his apartment packed up and his resume in order, huh? So much for ohana, stupid concept anyway. In Steve's considered opinion, the only thing that matters is not making Grace unhappy. So Danny shouldn't fight Rachel, since she has primary custody. W. t. F? I think Grace will be unhappy to leave Hawaii, but since she's a minor, her opinion doesn't count. Rachel will take her away anyway. But Danny shouldn't try to prevent Rachel from moving them, because that will be making Grace unhappy?

I will look forward to next week, though I can't say it looks good.
