Sick cat is still sick

monkey5sPoor Pansy. She had felt better, we were still on the antibiotics once a day. Then I missed giving her the dose yesterday (bad day, pipe froze, new furnace labored to keep the house at 63 degrees overnight, not fun). This morning I woke up to her vomiting foam, like she did before I called the vet two weeks ago.
I let her stomach settle for a half hour, then dosed her. She slept a bit, ate breakfast, seemed to feel better. I called the vet and asked if I should keep her on the antibiotic, since it seemed to help. He said yes, another week. Good.
Tonight, she vomited her dinner, so I guess the antibiotic isn't helping that much. She had to hustle to the litter right after, so it could be that the antibiotic is now giving her bowel trouble. I don't know, but I suspect our time together might be a lot shorter than I had hoped when she came home.
