It's a big drawback to the furnace in this house. The air intake is a pipe that lies at ground level out the north side of the basement. We frequently have skunks around the house, and it seems that tonight we have one loitering around the air intake pipe. So the forced air heat is all skunk, all over the house. And oh, how it lingers.
