*hugs* I guess I'd say if she's seeming sick when you find her, get her to a vet tomorrow, but tell them what you're most interested in knowing is if she is having an infection/running a temperature now--that your'e not interested in diagnosing more than that until your regular vet is back saturday and working with them. You just want to treat a fever/infection, if she has one.
