Itchy twitchy

When I got home from work this evening I had to get my feet up for awhile, but then I went out and mowed. It was really overgrown. I got less done in the front yard than I did last time I mowed. And I will definitely have to get out tomorrow morning to start again, because I have to finish the front this time before I mow the back. Rain or no rain.
I also noted that the bushes out front are suddenly about to bloom. That means I have got to get that last section of bushes chopped back tomorrow, too- because otherwise I will not be able to mow again until the blooms are done. Sure, we still have absolutely zero honeybees around, but I have seen many, many bumblebees.
The worst part, though, was seeing allllllll the poison ivy sprouting all over the place. I can see that poison ivy killer is going to have to be on the list for my very next trip to Meijer's. I know I mowed some, and so I can't help feeling itchy. Even though I know most itching is probably just bits of weed, or mosquito bites.
