Doesn't quite qualify

My first thought was, sometimes the bear eats you. But this is nowhere near that, really.

I have a weakness for nail polish. There were a few limited-edition colors of Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure that I was sad I missed. Searching them on eBay was more work than I felt like doing. Amazon marketplace, though...

I placed orders with three marketplace sellers. The first two that arrived were perfect. That third one, the one I wanted the most, arrived today. Well, the package arrived. Inside was the packing slip, and order, for someone else. So, instead of the single bottle of periwinkle blue nail polish I was eagerly awaiting, I have four tubes of cherry ChapStick. I don't know if Dr. Booppanon in San Diego is scratching his head over my nail polish, or if it was one of those dreaded serial mistakes, where something gets skipped so there's a sequence of us with the wrong order.

We'll see how it goes from here. I submitted the claim to the marketplace seller just a few minutes ago.

I hope they straighten it out without more problems. Frustrating.

The seller wrote back the next day, said she was sorry and would send my nail polish out immediately. And that I didn't have to do anything with the other guy's order. AR AR AR!
